A decade ago, ArcelorMittal became a digital pioneer in the steel industry when we launched the SteelUser web platform. SteelUser allows customers to track orders, access documents, enter orders, and contact customer service. Today, 90 percent of our customers utilise SteelUser daily.
Now ArcelorMittal has launched the SteelUser app which brings digitalisation to the shop floor. The app offers simplicity and efficiency, features which have also been included in the updated web version.

SteelUser services are open and use API (Application Programming Interface) technology. Using API, customers can embed SteelUser services directly into their own systems. For example, that can enable you to display the status of an order in your own procurement system or retrieve certificates from the production system.
ArcelorMittal Europe – Flat Products has relaunched its online catalogue for industrial applications following a complete overhaul. Usability has been improved and new features have been added to meet the expectations of digital customers. The catalogue is available in English, French, German, and Spanish.
The new catalogue features steels and coatings which have proven themselves in long-term use – a range ArcelorMittal Europe – Flat Products is proud to guarantee. Hot and cold rolled, enamelling, electrical, and organic- and metallic-coated products are covered. Each entry includes details of the product’s advantages, applications, brand correspondence, dimensions, mechanical properties, chemical composition, and much more.
